American Drengr Krav Maga is hosting the third in our 2026 Women’s self-defense seminar series on Friday, May 8th 2026.



Surviving an attack is more than training your body — it includes training your mind and spirit to be resilient. Krav Maga can help you find the potential for strength that you already have and push you to develop it.

Our women’s self-defense classes incorporate multiple training methods to build a fighting spirit and to train women how to respond both mentally and physically in a time of need, eliminating the danger of “freezing” or “shutting down” in confrontations.
In each class, women will receive a variety of different hands-on training and instructions to deliver full contact counterattacks, just like they will in real life. To prepare our attendees to survive a real attack, we emphasize realistic training scenarios and realistic defenses.
Women leave our classes feeling safe, strong, empowered, and firm in the knowledge that they are not a victim.

Open to the public, so bring a friend or relative….we will provide light refreshments after the event, so please plan to stay a while and socialize with new friends!

Time: 6:00-8:00 PM
Cost: $50/person plus tax

Hard to believe but we opened our doors four years ago in May 2022! We started out with 13 students who wanted a different experience and have since grown to over 240 in the last few years. We want to celebrate with all our students and families to include a potluck on Saturday, May 9th, from Noon-3 PM. If you plan to attend and/or contribute to the potluck please sign up and note what you will be bringing. Make sure that what you bring can be shared between 10 people, we will provide beverages, paper products and utensils

Have your kids join us for a fun and exciting night of activities and new friends. You get a night off and your kids get to have fun making memories! We will entertain the kids, and provide pizza and light snacks/drinks. Non-members also welcome. Invite a sibling, friend or neighbor along for the fun.

Cost: $35/child

The International Krav Camp in Sugar Run, PA, is an immersive 3-day self-defense training event scheduled for July 31–August 2, 2026. Located in Sugar Run, the camp offers outdoor training, featuring Krav Maga, firearm training, weapons handling, and tactical scenarios designed for professionals and civilians.
